Alex Ingram is a commercial lifestyle & portrait photographer based in London, whose images convey a sense of candid honesty and community.

Fundamentally, Alex’s work is about people. People that he has grown up with, people that he has encountered at different stages of his life, or people that have influenced him and shaped him into the person he is today. The work is about his relationship with these people, the connections they share, and the stories they have to tell. He looks to create narratives that run throughout, connecting the images, the people and the places, and engaging the viewer with the stories he is trying to tell.

Alex's work has been featured in various magazines and exhibitions across the UK and is currently working on his latest project 'The Gatekeepers', which explores the lives of wardens living on the tiny islands surrounding the United Kingdom.
